A table-of-contents entry (prop=sections) — the legacy projection of the same outline prop=tocdata emits, with lowercase keys here (fromtitle, byteoffset) against camelCase there (fromTitle, codepointOffset); see ApiParseTocSection. extensionData appears only when non-empty.
