One interwiki search hit, an element of ApiQueryResult.interwikisearch / ApiQueryResult.additionalsearch. Fields follow srprop exactly like ApiSearchResult, except title is the bare page name without the namespace, pageid is always 0, and the interwiki namespace/URL fields below are added.
