      A structured in-band message — a serialized MediaWiki Message/FatalError spec ({ message, params, code, type }) nested inside an action result (e.g. password-policy messages, file-backend errors, AuthManager failures). Distinct from ApiMessage, which models the errorformat-based envelope.
